Welcome to the new year. I was just thinking, “well, jeez I better get to a blog post today, and I wonder what I will write about.” I mean it’s the new year and honestly things are a little slow in Pennsylvania for wedding photographers in January. It also occurred to me that we had a really busy year. Well thanks to a well timed email from Christina and Jason who were just checking in in advance of their wedding this summer and voila we have a blog post from their engagement session.
As it turns out, we didn’t get a chance to show off some of their photos. I would absolutely love to take full credit for how beautiful these came out but then you see Christina and Jason and their smiles and their comfort level and their love, it becomes pretty obvious the guy with the camera didn’t have to work really hard on these shots. We spent time at Lake Scranton, where if you just look around a little you can get away from some of the popular spots and find some really amazing places for photos. We also explored some rooftops downtown looking for something a little different.
Thank you so much to Christina and Jason. You were a joy to work with, and we can’t wait for the wedding.
