Bridget and Brian at the Scranton Cultural Center

I’m not sure why, but I’ve always broken down wedding days into four distinct categories.

There’s getting ready.

The ceremony.

The portraits.

The party.

In this blog, we show a lot of shots of the latter three but not as many of the getting ready. I’m not really sure why but it often breaks down that way. It’s too bad because there are usually some really fun shots that come from those few hours before the ceremony when family and friends get together to toss on a tuxedo, do a little makeup, maybe have a drink and tell stories. That time also has a ton of energy as the anticipation – and sometimes the nerves – begin to build. For Bridget and Brian, there weren’t a lot of nerves but there was plenty of friends and family and good times and I think it shows in their photos. So here’s a look at some of the “pre-game.”

Thanks to Bridget and Brian, a wonderful couple with easy smiles and big hearts.
