I remember when wedding season was in June and July. It was – let’s see – last year. Seriously, the early summer used to be prime time for weddings. But based on our schedule this year and talking to other photogs, the season has been shifting into the fall. It’s not hard to figure out why. It’s cooler and everyone wants to take advantage of the fall colors. And with that comes more outdoor ceremonies and receptions. And that’s fine with us. Sure, there are always concerns about weather but those always take a backseat to a beautiful setting.
This past weekend, we were invited to shoot Heather and Fred’s wedding in Lenoxville. It was an absolutely gorgeous day for a great couple. It was so nice, it would have been a great day for some fishing. So that’s exactly what Fred did before the ceremony. Yep, you heard me. Just enough time to drop a line before the vows. I loved it! Thank God he didn’t catch anything. I have no idea what would have happened if he caught one while wearing a tux.
Heather Hemmerly - Gorgeous!!! Can’t wait to see the rest of them!!! Thanks again for all that you did to make our day awesome. You guys are truly talented!!!
