So, when Bob and I recently headed down to Bethlehem to do some photos of Kristin and Ben at the Steel Stacks, I was almost embarrassed to say I had never been there. Like it always happens, it’s an amazing place right outside our back door. The place has a remarkable history and the revitalization that is going on around it is fantastic. There are little shops popping up, a place for concerts. It’s incredible! Despite all that, I was most excited about the photos. All that old steel and cool angles. We couldn’t wait to get there.
It did not disappoint. Sometimes when we go to a new place to shoot we have to focus on finding the right shots and staying calm. It sounds funny but you can get so excited about a place you don’t know where to start. But then Kristin and Ben happened. We could have been shooting in a landfill and I would have been happy. Kristin and Ben are so at ease, so full of energy that where we were would never make a difference. They were up for anything, funny and just a great time to be around. We had so many laughs I swear I had to remind myself to keep shooting. It just made for a great day. Thank you Kristin and Ben for inviting us to be a part of your wedding. We love you guys and can’t wait to spend more time with you.
