I used to pass it every day. It sat on the corner of Jefferson and Mulberry – a reminder of a better day. Certainly a reminder of a better time. I couldn’t imagine how it came to look like this. The white pillars in disrepair, the paint faded. It looked like a ghost haunting the front gate to the Hill Section.
Then a few years ago, that all changed when The Colonnade was transformed from ghost to host by owners Josh and Paul. Now it is a wonderful and classic venue that plays hosts to some of the city’s most beautiful weddings. It was the background for Bryn and Walter’s day – a great couple. Bob actually went to high school with Bryn. It’s always great for us to reconnect with old friends and share important moments with them. Here are some shots we love from the reception.
